We have been using CAD/CAM technology for over eight years in our office which allows us to fabricate beautiful porcelain crowns in a single day! Rarely do we ever have to use messy impression material anymore.
Our E4D/Planscan system can simply scan the mouth and make a 3-D model of the teeth. We then design a crown right on a computer screen. Next, we mill the crown from a single block of Emax porcelain using our milling machine. This process is fast and easy and done the same day! No more temporary crowns!
